  Continuous Physical Refinery

Offering Continuous Physical Refinery.

The system is designed to fully refine, i.e. pre treat, bleach, strip and deodorize Palm olein. In the Pre Treatment section phosphoric acid is added to crude oil, which reacts with the gums present in oil. The Bleaching System is based on treatment with bleaching earth followed by filtration. The process design is illustrated on the attached drawing. The High Efficiency Deodorizing System can be used for deodorizing of neutralized oils as well as stripping and deodorizing of high FFA oils as part of physical refining.

Merits Of Continuous Physical Refinery:

  1. Continuous bleacher with vacuum-sealed bleaching earth dosing arrangement is provided for a very quick and efficient bleaching of the oil.
  2. Adequate Plate Heat Exchangers and other heat exchangers are provided to enhance maximum heat recuperation of the out going oil form the deodorizer and thus reduces the steam consumption to a barest minimum.
  3. An additional heat exchanger is provided to reccupe the heat of out going thermic fluid for the feed oil to the stripper and thus reduce the total heat load on the stripper.
  4. Vertical packed type D.O. ensures efficient deodorization of the oil with minimum steam consumption.
  5. 4 Stage Mazda make high vacuum equipment is provided to have suitable vacuum (3 torr) for the process.
  6. Three stages of filtration of the oil are provided before reaching to the final holding tank to assure the best quality of the refined oil.
  7. Plate and frame type heat exchangers are mostly used for less space consumption, less maintenance, and efficient heat transfer.
  8. Complete automation is provided to assure continuity of the process and less manpower requirement.
  9. The complete plant layout and equipments are designed and arranged for better space utilization, operator friendly and less man power requirement.

  Continuous Chemical Refinery

Offering Continuous Chemical Refinery.

The system is designed to fully refined, i.e. degum / neutralize, bleach, strip and deodorize seed oils. The Degumming / Neutralizing System are used as the first step in chemical refining referred to as Neutralizing. This step will generally produce oil with lower levels of residual phosphatides and less residual pigments and therefore require less bleaching earth in bleaching as well as help generate finished deodorized oil with a lighter color and longer shelf life. The process design is illustrated on the attached drawing. The Bleaching System is based on treatment with bleaching earth followed by filtration. The High Efficiency Deodorizing System can be used for deodorizing of neutralized oils as well as stripping and deodorizing of high FFA oils as part of physical refining.

Salient features


1.Using Plate heat exchanger temperature of feed oil is maintained constant.


2.Mixer – New mixer design helps intimate mixing of the feed oil and chemicals within shortest time. (All mixers are provided are S.S. M.O.C.)

3.Reaction vessel or holding tank – This is provided to ensure completion of reaction within minimum period. The vessel is provided with the controlled agitation to help dispersion of the separated particles and to develop the particle size, which ultimately help during separation.


4.Washing Mixer – Mixing of water to soap free oil from neutralizing separator is carried out in our newly developed mixer, which help in reducing water consumption and minimum soap p.p.m. in separated washed oil.
